Meet Your Fast Food Weight Loss Guru
I'm Brad Hildebrand. And I've done something most people feel is impossible: Losing weight eating NOTHING BUT fast food! The day I graduated from high school I weighed 162 pounds. Two years later in college I had ballooned up to 310! Yikes! After I graduated with my BS (yes, it was perfectly named) I made the decision to lose the weight but ONLY EATING FAST FOOD. I lost 120 pounds thanks to Mickey D’s, Burger King, Wendy’s and more! I've done the fast food diet a few more times since then. Why? Because whenever I stop eating fast food and switch to "regular" food, I actually gain weight. But once I'm back on the fast food diet, I start losing weight again. When people noticed I was losing weight and asked how I did it, none of them believed me. So, a few years ago, I decided to go back on the fast food diet and document my progress daily with videos.
